We shot a lot of jump shots last year and had two of the better jump shooters in the country. Gesell had an abnormal amount of assists come by simply passing the ball around the perimeter. It's not about fake assists (which you already know). It's about not all assists are created equal. So when you say Mike was clearly a good passer because of his assist numbers, I'm going to say he did a lot of passing the ball to good jump shooters.
So same thing for Bohannon then correct because almost all of his assists are on jump shots?
Bohannon has fed the post more so far than Gesell ever did.
Those aren't assists though because they usually dribble and we have two post scorers this year in Pemsl and Cook. We didn't have that last year so we can agree Bohannon's assists are fake as well and probably shouldn't be discussed like we couldn't do with Mike

You are the only one who brings them up, so yeah that would be great it you would stop mentioning them.
You wanted to point out how great assists were for Mike, but now you continually say they don't matter for Jordan. Either way an assist is an assist. I am pretty impressed that Jordan can average more assists per game than a top 75 recruit in Moore. I'm impressed that Jordan can average more assists per game then Mike as a Fr., So. and Jr.
I don't think that's fair to say at all. But just to be safe, you should go with 2 pt percentage.
No I was told we weren't allowed to mention Mike's assists so it's not fair to talk about Jordans. Like PC just said, not all assists are created equal so you saying an assist is an assist isn't going to fly with PC

I think it's unfair to not credit Mike for his assists but then credit Jordan for the same thing. I honestly thought you were smarter than PC until you did the Bohannon is better than Moore shtick

I just want it to be consistent. Before we couldn't count assists and now we can. I had a few at the bar today so it's easily confusing. On a side note you should download the app Tunity. Got to listen to the game on my phone in the bar while they had the speakers on the Packers game. Best of both worlds

Sure you did, you brought it up over, and over and over again. There is literally one person who said that about assists, and you are the one who won't let it drop.
The funny thing is you remember how you told me that PPG, APG don't even matter? you said only "efficiency ratings" matter. Fact is Jordan has a better offensive rating than Moore.
You also told us to "wait until conference play" to see how Jordan does. Welp he has a 113 offensive rating in conference play, while Moore has a 78 offensive rating in conference play.
So far kenpom says that Jordan is better, that ain't my fault that Kenpom thinks that.
