Mikeyjoe I haven't seen the pic but this is how I picture him.. shirtless wearing suspenders with assless chaps and tigerhawk speedos. On top of that he has a zoolanderish modeling look on his face while flexing his abs, mind you he is accomplishing this while holding the phone and taking the picture of himself. He coulda been great....

I don't view his comment as negative to Iowa at all.
I don't think he's blaming losing his work ethic on Iowa. I read it as: he lost his work ethic - in spite of the support he got at Iowa. In the new environment he's had to earn his way back from scratch. A healthy wake-up call.
"Handed to me" could simply refer to his early success at getting playing time. That can easily go to an immature young man's head.

Some of these comments are the ones that make me shake head…We had a TB run for what 1380 yards in 12 games and the guy behind was better and we would have won another game. The same guy whose listed 40 time was 4.7 and the guy ahead of him was listed at 4.5?!?!?!
Now again we know listed times mean bunk and that’s a complete thread in its own. And it is indeed possible “McCall was faster (though keep in mind we also though Coker was “fast†after the insight bowl) and I honestly thought part of that was Coker’s indecisiveness.
We really have NO clue about McCall after a part of ONE game; I mean really…do we?! One game…?!?!

The only logical reasoning I could see behind him saying "had everything handed to him" is that in IC the football players are basically celebrity and at SIU or wherever he is, nobody would know the difference between him and a guy on the basketball team probably!
