Just one year at Notre Dame, and I'm not sure whose recruits he inherited. 3 years at NC, in which he clearly inherited top flight talent. Years 2 and 3, not so hot.

One mediocre season at Florida Atlantic, and he's yet to even reach .500 at SMU.
