And by just quick glancing at the game log I linked LeBron had 1 assist, 1 rebound and 1 steal in the 4th quarter. Let me know if you read it differently.

The point total is good, but he did dissappear for the most important part of the game....the last 8 minutes of the 4th quarter. 7 of those points were in the first 4 minutes of the quarter and then he doesnt score again until he gets a freebie with under 10 seconds to play.

Pierce shot the ball terribly most of the night and drills two big 3's in the 4th quarter and one right in LeBron's grill to take the air out of the building.

Playing a game 7 or need a big shot? Give me Pierce any day of the week.
 
Prediction time for Game 6.

I don't see a way Miami wins tonight, even though it sounds like Bosh is pushing to play a lot of Minutes.

Boston wins 104-92, and it isn't really that close.
 
In "crunch time" (4th qtr or OT, 5 min or less, neither team ahead by more than 5) Lebrons stats go waaaay down. Shooting 38 percent from the field, 27 from three, and 66 from the charity stripe. All those are about ten points below his season average. Not to mention his total +/- of 12, which is ridiculously low compared to guys like parker or Durant (in the 40's or 50's). Any way you crunch the numbers, Lebron disappears when it matters.

I dunno with the talent Miami has, they could do the same thing to Boston that they did to the pacers...sweep the rest of the series away with ease...

I would normally agree with you but the ghost of "NBA Game 7 Conspiracies" will send this to a seventh game. The west series was not sexy enough or OKC was just much better.

But a heat-celts game seven sets up perfectly for ABC primetime on Saturday or Sunday night. Got to get the ratings baby.
