It is a very telling thing that a shot like that is one of the most clutch things Lebron has going for him.


And seriously, how many times does he flop to the floor in the course of a game? It is embarrassing.
 
Bottom line is the Celts held on and pulled a win out.....

Lost a little respect for LaBron this game. For someone with his incredible talent to resort to borderline dirty play, ala John Stockton is pitiful.....

It will still take a miracle for the Celts to win the series, but at least there will be two more games, might go seven.....

With Bosh, the Heat would probably be World Champions.....

Great game and series if you love basketball this is where it is at.....

Stockton was a 6'1" white guy, I understand him doing it to get a needed edge. Lebron is better physically than pretty much everyone else, and he still plays "shady."

Also, The champ is coming from the West, irregardless of Bosh.

Lebron is on the floor way too much for someone that is 6'8", 260 pounds.

Also, I think the only team that can beat the Heat is San Antonio. So although I would love to see Kevin Durant in the finals, I am going to root for the Spurs (unless Boston can knock Miami off).
 
Remember when we beat Kentucky with Rondo at the point. He was superquick and very good stealing the ball. Not necessarily a scorer but he did have 19 rebounds against the Hawks.....

He has certainly polished his offensive game these days.....

We shall see who is the World Champion after the games are over.....

The Spurs look very good considering their age, somewhat similar to the Celts.....

I personally don't know who will be the World Champions this year.....
 
only an idiot would be critical of lebrons play in the last posession. that was all on his team. he started a drive with five seconds left and boston ran not one but two secondary defenders at him. the other four heat were just standing around watching lebron play. he had zero options.

Uhh that makes no sense at all, just like a lot of the stuff you said in this thread. It was pretty even officiating the 2 games in Boston and I hope it stays that way for the final 2 or 3 games of this series.

And I dont want to hear any of the crap about Miami being the more aggressive team. LeBron has gone to the hoop a ton this series but Wade for the most part has not.

Seriously though, if I never see another whiny face from lebron or pierce it will be too soon. Maybe that is why I like Durant so much, he doesn't look like a 2 year old that just had his toy stolen away every time he doesn't get a call.

He jumped and tried throwing a pass while fading away to Haslem on the opposite side of the court. The pass didnt have much on it and by the time it got to Haslem he had to dribble and throw up a contested fade away from about 18-20 feet. The shot did not draw iron.

Did heat have a chance to tie it at the end of OT?

EDIT: This is exactly why Lebron should take that 18 footer like he did in game 2.

End of regulation. Lebron fouled out in OT.

Wade had a 3 at the buzzer go in and out that would have won the game in OT.
