Where did I say I was "over satisfied"? You got some real problems. Iowa got destroyed by a team that was a double digit favorite. Yeah I had hope because of the OSU game, but the reality is we are a 7 or 8 win team this year, not a B1G West title contender.
And there in lies the problem. In our division we should be competing for a BIG West title every year -- not out of it by the first week in November. But for you...that's cool...bc KF is nice. You got the probs bub, you and the rest of you "fans" that continue to support this garbage.

Well he does a bad job at it...beginning to think he is some type of Iowa state fan. If he and his cyclone compadres can convince the majority of us that 6-6 is good, his cyclones can sneak up on us and eventually they can over take the Hawks as the dominant in state program. In fact...given that rationale, I totally believe it. Dean, you old cyclone fan you! Nice work!

One thing I don't understand about the execution excuse.
Let's say you're the HC and sometime in the 2nd quarter you realize that your team isn't going to "out-execute" your opponent. So then you ask yourself what other options does my team have to win?
1) Out-luck your opponent
2) Out-execute your opponent
3) Out-smart your opponent
1) isn't a realistic solution
3) Isn't even considered an option
So Iowa is left with one possibility for victory. As a HC what is the advantage to artificially limiting your options?

Despite our struggles I'm kinda proud of the players. Rastetter I believe has more attempts and completions than Weigers. It seems when the kids are asked to execute "non-standard" plays they've done a pretty good job this year.
KF to his credit recruits kids as smart or smarter than our opponents (NW being the exception of course).

Hyperbole much? I don't think anyone is saying that our pass d is the problem. We have an OC and head coach problem. Read the damn thread.

Iowa is poised to have an 8 win season. A season that many of us predicted at 6-6. There's some butt hurt from Wisconsin, but I don't think too many predicted at the beginning of the season Iowa would win at Wisconsin. Granted the manner of the loss hurts but the loss wasn't unexpected.
These next two games are very winnable. I for one, love watching Iowa stomp on Nebraska. I hope it is a 55 -3 game. This week Purdue is coming to Iowa City. I guess we can say that they are like Purdue plus. They are a little better than the average Purdue teams Iowa has faced. Yet this should be a good game for Iowa to build up some stats.

Never will be again, at least not with the clueless head coach we have who wants to hire his little baby boy to do a job at a MAJOR program that he has NEVER done before, that crap should have been stopped by the AD before it was ever even considered, but the Iowa AD is a clueless loser to.

Doesnt sound like most of you that like this negative reply or most things about the Hawks. Your right of course. But to answer your question, maybe he is, like the rest of us, a Hawkeye fan? Interesting concept.
I still get irritated more than i should just thinking of how he got the job and would be perfectly happy if he proved me wrong but the offense this year rally outside of ISU and OSU has been beyond bad....
