Iowa vs Minny Game Thread

MN is last in the conference and 104th nationally in Rush D - giving up over 200yds per game. We have 39 yds rushing in the first half.

MN is 10th in the conference and 90th nationally in Rush O - only averaging 127 yds per game. They have 126 yds in the first half.

Outside of minnesota, there are no crappy teams in the big ten. A ton of average to slightly below average.

We do well in Bowls cause those teams don't play us every year and see the same thing over and over and over and get a chance to use the same game plan for the 10th year in a row.

i think most of the negativity is an accumulation of an increibly disappointing season.

That's because we play the dreaded bend but don't break soft zone so nobody gets behind us for the quick score and we get to see our D out on the field for 80+ plays every game.

Seriously. I like how we lose to two top ten teams by 4 points and another by 7 in a tough road game and all of a sudden we are this awful team. Sure this season has been disappointing and we aren't as good as we like but stop acting like we are freaking New Mexico or something.

And yes the defense has sucked balls today and it's annoying but Jesus Christ. We're down 3 to Minnesota. The odds are still in our favor.
