Was at the meet last night and came away with mixed feelings. Ramos, DSJ, Evans, Burak, and Telford looked very good as they stayed aggressive and initiated the majority of action.
Somewhat disappointed in the performances of Ballweg and and Lofthouse as they initiated minimal offense and looked very sluggish. Ballweg had a very tough opponent but I was still surprised how much of the match he spent on the bottom. Lofthouse had an average opponent at best and still was content to counter wrestle the majority of the match. Nick Moore also was way to content to stand around and then counter off of his opponents shots.
Thankfully the Hawks still have time to get all 10 guys clicking on all cylinders prior to Big and NCAA tourneys.
