Not necessarily. I look at a guy like Howard Hodges, who was listed at 6'2", but had 24 sacks and 22 tackles for loss in his last 2 years. If the guy is quick and can get to the QB, then I'm not that concerned about height.

OK, I'll bite. But it's an honest question.
He sounds like a solid recruit, a guy we really wanted. Why does his recruiting profile show no stars?
Was he under the radar...injured last year... or what?
Somebody with greater knowledge of the recruiting process please fill me in....

He had stars once, but then they learned he was being recruited by the Hoks and was downgraded to a starless recruit. He will likely remain that way until Michigan starts to get interested him, at which point we will learn that he has been upgraded to 4 stars, and will ***** appropriately when he goes back on his verbal and signs a LOI with the Wolverines.
