At least Parker uses a blower. KF probably uses an old rusted shovel with a wooden handle.

And he will reevaluate at the end of the winter season (like every year) and determine his approach doesn't need to change.

Besides, it's not about the shovel. It's about the snow fence and waiting for the snow to make a mistake.
