I loved Connor's quote after the game....

The announcers made it sound like that said player has had issues in the past with dirty play, that is well known. Now that I think about it, I think I recall a player last year for Wisky being labeled a dirty player. Is it him?

Watch Connor all game. Who ever he is guarding, he's talking to - a lot. I don't know what he's saying. He could be singing "It's Friday" by Rebecca Black for all I know to all of them, but he literally NEVER shuts up. I don't know if he's getting in the guys head or what, but man, if you watch, he's just a talker on the court.

It is. Did the exact same thing against Marquette and tried to trip a Gopher player coming down with a rebound last season.

You know, when Davison is in his mid thirties, and hanging around State Street in Madison trying to impress the college crowd reminiscing about his glory years, wonder how he will explain his signature move was nut crunching? What a putz. I know the Badgers make no secret of their defense, always have, but I have to wonder if Bo Ryan would have tolerated it? I do not follow the Badgers close enough to recall if they had similar player antics.

He's probably telling them that his dad makes more money that their dads.

"It's unfortunate they feel the need to do stuff like that. But if he's going to, we'll take 2 shots and the ball and we'll take the W too. He cost his team the game."
That is a big fact. It was the nail in the coffin. I think it was pretty much over before that and especially as JW hit that layup as that happened but yeah getting that pt plus the ball back it was ball game then.

He definitely gets into their heads

He and Jordan were masterful at psychological warfare on the court

Conner does all the little things that do no show in the game stats

Little pushes that fall just short of a foul that disrupt an opponents trajectory

This is a very savvy team

The most impressive aspect of the play was Connor immediately getting up and heading downcourt to get set defensively

None of this jumping up and making an issue of it that could have perhaps changed the call. Usually, the player who reacts to a foul or hard play gets called for the infraction

Not Connor

Which Wisconsin player was it? You're going to have to be more specific.

I doubt if he’s saying much about the game. Who is going to listen to a four point average guard.

Now if he’s talking to them about baseball
