Frost was made about Big Ten Schedule, thought it is to hard: per sources

Not making shit up. Looks at the facts. You're talking about this year and next. I'm talking since the East/West split. I said they rarely play OSU, Michigan, & MSU. They don't. I said they've played PSU a lot and they do.

Since East/West realignment which includes the last 6 seasons, these teams have appeared on the schedule

Iowa has played Ohio St 1 time
Michigan 2
MSU 1
PSU 4

That's about as good of a crossover draw as you can hope for.

And how does Iowa admin. play into who they end up playing in the conference. I just know we play Nebraska every damn year and Huskers haven't won since 2014.

And I will say it again I still cant believe the hawks lost that 2014 game as they were kicking their butts but the hawks gave it away on big mistakes.

The Big v B12 vitamin conference thing on admissions is dead and means nothing except maybe to NW or maybe Truman State.

Much of the SEC and B12s are comparable to Iowa. We've crossed this path before but the state of Iowa ranks like 47th in actual citizens with a BS.

If you were on an OSU, Wisky, MN, or IL fan page you might have a gripe...maybe.

Iowa or ISU or MSU or IU or Rutgers or Maryland have not much to shame Nebby or B12 over.

Also what happens if Iowa loses Stanley?

Hell they couldn't afford to even take a wounded CJ out of the Orange.

KF gets back up QBs no real experience.

What about 49ers and their oft injured star? CJ to the rescue?

I am sorry, I would love to reply to your reply, but I don't read hieroglyphics. If you could de-code it for me I would be glad to take another stab at it.

You have to hit "Reply" if you want to make sure I see it when you respond. Unless you're hoping I don't see it.

I gave you two alternate choices but you didn't take me up on it, so mongoloid it is.

If you click on my username, on the far right of the pop-up it says, "Ignore." Click on that and all your problems will be solved.

Somebody needs to contend for your soul..

OK... Iowa has nothing on most of the lower eschelon in the SEC and 12 academically.

Many Big schools could shame Iowa academic standards.

That is all.

Except for Martinez.

I'm not really concerned about the administration's role in scheduling. I never mentioned it because I don't care who they do or don't schedule. They have very little say in it. The B1G takes care of that. 6 of those 9 are locked in every year anyway and ISU is locked in so there is basically little wiggle room there.

I just said that Iowa plays an easy schedule for KF to consistently win 7/8 games per year because the West is a weak division and they've been fortunate with crossovers thus far. Next year will certainly be different in regards to those 3 games. The rest of the schedule is like usual. Very manageable.

So, I think no matter how you divide things up, you are in the tougher division if you have Ohio St. in it.

Other than Indiana-Purdue, I don’t see the purpose of the 4 year lock on a cross game rival. Where I feel a little sympathy for Frost it’s that Nebraska is on a 4 year run of playing tOSU. I’d be really in favor of dropping those games and shuffling the pot more often and just protecting Indiana-Purdue.

Maybe now, but back when Nebraska made their name it wasn't like that at all.

I know. Was just one of those games where you kind of knew how it was gonna go once it started to snowball.

And you are a fan of what team????

Q: What are you going to have to do to modify your system to the Big Ten.
Frost: I'm hoping the Big Ten has to modify to us.

There was nothing I saw in his introductory press conference that eeked of arrogance or prima donna.
Confident. Yes.
Arrogant. No.

Lots of talk about hard work, dedication, unity, everything in place to succeed.

And then after talking about dedication and unity he went and coached UCF. He sent a contrary message to the players by his actions. That, I do take for arrogance. It was about him being able to beat an SEC team and stay unbeaten and "claim" a national championship.

As for his complaining about the future schedule. the quote from above:
Frost had raised complaints in discussions privately and publicly that Nebraska had been saddled with a difficult of a cross-divisional Big Ten schedule in future seasons. His specific complaint? His team needs more games against historically weaker programs, citing Indiana specifically by name.
1. I'm sure he did complain about the schedule. But when you're AD says publicly that Ohio State and Michigan are going to feel Nebraska chasing them soon, then ... best keep your mouth shut publicly at least. And for the record; the sources are anonymous.

2. Indiana is an historically weaker program. In fact, it is the worst program in Big Ten football historically.

3. Doesn't matter if he said/didn't say those things. Is it true that 11 of the 15 cross-over games are against the upper teams in the East and only 4 are against Indiana, Rutgers, and Maryland.

I'm not defending Frost. He has acted poorly at press conferences. He has thrown his players under the bus after claiming unity. He has not coached this team up from Riley. They look more like Tarzan but still play like Jane. There are things to criticize him about, but his introductory press conference or complaining about cross-over games from anonymous sources aren't.

Frost and Nebby are two scores away from a 5 game losing streak. Yes we complain about beating jNW by only 20-0 but Nebby barely beat them and barely beat Ilinois before Illinois even found out they had a good team.

Their fans should also look how bad it could be this year.
Illinois should feel bad for blowing that game.
