Does Rudock stay?

That's absurd. He might become a great doctor, but he is already an NFL ready QB. It is like Picasso deciding he doesn't want to paint, but instead become an accountant because he loves numbers.
Well, and again you are a freakin moron. Try to bend over and pull your head out of a$$. He will be a NFL QB, but he will also be one hit away from never playing again.

He will be an NFL QB tomorrow if it were allowed. He doesn't need a degree from an average public university to secure his financial future.

Saying a true Freshman who was a 3 star recruit out of high school, who hasn't played a down of college ball and probably won't (barring injuries) until 2013, is already an NFL caliber QB is a bold statement.

It would be awesome if you were right...

Why do you think McCall and Coker left? They knew Iowa wasn't going to be running the ball anytime the next few seasons. When you have the best arm in the country, you don't let someone else hold it.

Some folks will worry about anything. Rudock is not going to leave Iowa because KOK is gone. The kid has a leg up to be a three year starter at Iowa.

still waiting for that link that shows me how O'Keefe and Ruddock are so connected...

According to this link, if we were going to sweat about Rudock leaving because the coach who recruited him left, it should have started a few weeks ago; he was recruited by Rick Kaczenski. I think JonDMiller is right; Jake's in pretty good shape at Iowa. He's not going anywhere.

i don't doubt he was initially recruited by the former DL coach given he was in his geographical recruiting area, but if you recall, KOK and I'm sure KF too spent a lot of time on him, especially at the end when Miami jumped into the mix.

HAHAHA...dumbest comparison ever! You just compared Rudock's football abilities to Picasso's ability to paint. How about we let the kid actually take a collegiate snap before we declare him NFL material.

Not meaning to be disrespectful here but if you feel compelled to worry about something, you might want to concern yourself with the state of the economy as well as what's going on in Iran, and not on whether a 19-year-old kid who has yet to take a collegiate snap decides to stay at Iowa.

Just sayin ...

No, I compared Rudock's football abilities to Picasso's ability to dream. Picasso's imagination was limited by his hands, which are not able to do what Rudock's can. If it were allowed, Rudock could start for 15 NFL teams tomorrow. FACT.

This is starting to get somewhere. I can see it.

Yeah, and Wyld Stallyns is "just a band".

And while we're at it, Just a Band is a great band.
