Does Rudock stay?

its not like KOK got fired, big difference in taking a step up in the profession, his father should be able to explain that, same with Rudock, why would he leave because his position coach took a better job

Whew... you are still here. Thought all the excitement sent you away.

These kids signed on for Ferentz, not O'keefe. Did he play a part? Sure. But anyway saying someone is leaving because O'keefe is gone is jumping the gun...BIG TIME!

I am now hearing rumors that Ken and Jake were spotted in Coral Gables riding a tandem bicycle together. Twitter is exploding that Jake is going to skip this year of college, and will enter the NFL draft next season.

As funny as that was supposed to be, it is impossible. To enter the NFL draft your high school graduating class has to be 3 years removed from high school.

So after a players RS Sophomore or Junior season if player did not redshirt.

DERP!

Thanks, officer...

I heard from a guy who new a guy that had a brother that was the cousin of a motherless father, and he said KOK's O was not a player favorite either, so no one will leave due to KOK's departing.

So its safe to say this guy/motherless father is an insider.

Truth is AJ Derby knew Ken was on his way out and that's why he bolted to the JUCO ranks.

People need to quit whining about things. First they are happy to see KOK leave and then they turn around and worry about whether a recruit will leave or not. Any QB coming in knows that Kirk wants to have a run first offense that sets up the pass. The new OC's offense is unlikely to be less QB friendly than KOK's was. With that in mind, the QBs aren't going to be in any worse shape than they were under KOK. I don't see anybody at the QB position transferring.

Rudock is at Iowa for two reasons. Kirk and Med School. He is focused and will be at Iowa for a long time. Jake is a great QB but his ambition is be a great doctor.

That's absurd. He might become a great doctor, but he is already an NFL ready QB. It is like Picasso deciding he doesn't want to paint, but instead become an accountant because he loves numbers.

I spoke with a prominent OL player (hawk alum) this weekend. He's a huge KoK fan and sad to see him go - said he and all the other O lineman loved him. I don't think the players/team will be as happy to see him go as people make out.

We all know kids don't come to Ia for the education, it is simply the minor leagues for the NFL. To think Ruddock would leave would be jeopardizing his draft stock.

NOTE: This is sarcasm.

There was an argument in another thread about how a Michigan degree meant more than an IA degree, and I was wondering if that were true in the Medical world. I kina thought U of I had some serious clout in the medical fields.

In general a MI degree is about as good as it gets. In medicine IA takes a backseat to very few.
