Come on Jon.....

You mean 70th in scoring? Or was that Kirk's fault?
Seventieth in scoring? Aren't you characterizing most KOK offenses? What's so special about KOK's offenses? That they threw more to the TE? That they threw more down the middle of the field? That they threw to static pass patterns? You're an offensive genius.

I've pointed out 4 games during the 2015 season that KOK's offense would've lost and Iowa wouldn't have gone to the B1G Championship game. Pitt, Illinois, Indiana, and Minnesota.

Pitt because KOK's offense was unable to combat blitzes and move the ball down the field in a very short time. You doubt? Watch the 2010 game between Iowa and Wisconsin. Heck, watch Stanzi trying to keep his eyes downfield while under a blitz while he was with the Chiefs.
Illinois because their DE was whipping our O Tackles. Special plays, out of the box plays, were called for that situation to win.
Indiana because of the high scoring total needed to win.
Minnesota, the same, high scoring total needed to win.

<<Pitt because KOKs offense was unable to combat blitzes...You doubt? Watch the 2010 game...">>

Fucking priceless. "Watch 2010...!" Proof positive that KOK wouldn't have been able to get production from the 2015 offense.

<<Special plays, out of the box plays, were called for that situation to win>>

Yeah, a delayed cutback and help from the center. KOK NEVER would've spotted that shit.

<<Indiana because of the high scoring total needed to win>>

Yes. KOK never scored more than Indiana before.

<<Minnesota, the same...>>

Didn't KOK hang a huge number or two on them? As in 50+, multiple times? And averaged 31 points against them, to GDs 24? And GDs HIGH was the 40 from 2015, as in, his only consistently good season?
