You probably think that ISU fans felt that ISU's win over Iowa in 2011 was bigger than beating #2 OSU. Some of you need to get over yourself and quit living in the past. For a few years there it was a big deal to beat Iowa because they were good. Those days are long gone.

If this is what you believe then you're an idiot. I've been to the past 3 Iowa vs ISU games in Ames, and I'm the only Hawkeye fan in my family. Plus I work in Des Moines at a business that's split about 50/50 in terms of Hawkeye fans and Cyclone fans. I know first hand how important beating Iowa is to Cyclone fans. If it makes you feel better to deny that fact then more power to you.

Well no ****. Kyle Knock played for Dan McCarney and grew up a Hawk fan in Hawk country. Of course the game was more important to him and it was more important during that era. Back in 2000 when he got to Ames Iowa State was 1-15 in his lifetime against Iowa. It's 13 years later. Different coach, different players, and a different mentality by the fan base. Nobody cares about the Iowa game any more than the OU game.

Hell even Nate Kaeding said the game was the highlight of the season playing the in state rivals. He must thing it's Iowa's Super Bowl.....
