This recruit is funny on soooo many levels. I would love to have my ban lifted for a day at Clownfantasies to troll that d1pshit fanbase. If this is what Prohm's recruiting is gonna look like, they got 1 more year over there in Lames.

Theres a legitimate chance he's the worst recruit given a scholarship by a power five school this year.

This is the kind of recruit that if Iowa signed him they would be crucifying us. They tried to troll us for getting Peter Jok. I'm sure cyfans are hailing this as the greatest under the radar signing in history. Enjoy it cyfans. In three years this will be your biggest signing.

lets ease up on ripping this kid personally. He is a solid 6'8'' guy that was good enough to get a D1 offer. That said... i think it is funny considering cyclone fans would normally think they are way above offering a prospect like this. The days of Hoiberg and getting attention from top recruits are over. The days of picking up Drakes scraps have begun

Actually they are. Cyclone fans are the biggest bunch of hypocrites in the country. They wanted nothing to do with this kid BEFORE his injury because he was a "white Iowa kid". Then they say Jok sucks because he's an Iowa kid with injury prone and they didn't want Weiskamp because he's really not that good because "he's another white Iowa kid." Now they praise Ernst as being one the best Iowa kids prior to his injury so they are getting a steal. Seriously, that fanbase is the worst kind. A bunch of brainwashed, arrogant, hypocrites.

Yep getting practice depth is always priority number one, gotta get those guys before you worry about anything else.
He probably won't be recovered from his knee injury to where the Hawkeyes will play against him his first year. He probably won't be a first or second round draft pick, but he sounds like he will be a solid player.
