Nice try, but it isn't even close, only a Clown fan would compare the two. Williams is a 3*, Ernst isn't even ranked. It would be a bad signing if the kid didn't have the injury, but when you factor in the injury it unquestionably becomes the worse signing of all P5 schools. Isn't even close, Ernst didn't have a committable offer left to pick from when ISU offered.

Nice try, Brady is a 3 star on 247sports whereas Christian is unranked, that argument is mute depending on which recruiting website you use.....how do you know for a fact that Brady didn't have a commitable offer?

So you think a kid who had a knee injury, just decides to "wait" for a better offer to come about, instead of taking one on the table come signing day? LOLOLOL, kid didn't commit anywhere because his offers were pulled.

This is kind of a dumb argument. There is the chance, albeit very very VERY small chance, that he turns into a draft pick like White. Honestly, given his situation it would be surprising if he were to get many, or any good players this late in the recruiting year.

Prohm was able to recruit two players that made it to the NBA while at Murray State, which I believe is better than Hoiberg did at ISU. It is completely possible that given how Freshmen can impact the college game that he could have a team that is better than Rutgers after this current team graduates/bolts. Unless you think it is more difficult to recruit to ISU than Murray state? Which is possible.

Honestly, I'm more interested to see how the ISU fan base reacts when Prohm loses to Iowa or half a dozen other teams when they think they are a top 10 team. I still think they are overrated.
 
That is really sad that Prohm has produced more NBA draft picks at Murray St than Fred did. I mean it's not hard to get two guys drafted.

Kane said ISU was a Final Four team, they lost in the first round.

Kane said Hoiberg wasn't leaving, he left.

Kane said White sucked and wouldn't get drafted, he made 1st Team All B10 and got picked.

It's been a rough few months for that guy LOL

Hmm sounds a lot like CyTwins. Maybe they are one and the same?? Wait a second... what am I thinking? Those opinions were pretty much unanimous with all Cyclone fans and all of them were dead wrong. That's why we have the Cyclone Delusion thread. Never seen such a dumb self-absorbed fan base.

That's funny I said all of those things, considering my first post on this board wasn't even until after this past season. Do you guys just make **** up all the time to prove your points or what?

But you are the guy who believe in Fairies, Unicorns, that Freddie boy DIDN'T push players out the door, and that Ernst had other commitable offers, but just decided to "wait" until June to commit to a team.
