the INNNNNN plate is confusing, I'm going to take my best guess and say it has something to do with the beginning of the Beer in Heaven Polka that the band plays after a victory, when they start it they hold that first note that draws out the word "In"...

Am I wrong?

Yeah, it took me a minute when I saw it, but I figured this is what they meant. Clever stuff!

My whole family has Iowa plates and none of us are grads. Mine is RJ4IOWA, wife's is DOUBLEU, parents are LOYALFN, and sister is SAAK4IA.

I'm not a graduate of the U. Both of my vehicle have Hawk plates, but they're not personalized.

Why does it seem like every ISU plate ends with 4CY?

I met a guy that has ISU plates and his reads USCTRJN. He blocks the Iowa State info on top or bottom with a USC bracket.
