Just as a quick for instance and because I'm curious about the kind of response and rational it will bring. Here is the illustrious Chris Johnson and his college numbers.....
Chris Johnson Statistics | College Football at Sports-Reference.com
And here is Arian Foster, who had an up and down career at Tenn because of health and I think a suspension or two, but when healthy you can see what he did as well.

I chose those two, because I wagered they didn't have very high numbers just from remembering them in college and because they are clearly explosive solid Rbers....point being lost of good former Rbers out there that get pooh-poohed by those who look at some raw numbers…
Adam was a solid Rber and many a Hawkeye fan (and our staff more importantly) thought so and that doesn’t make them stupid, a Homer or “unknowledgeable” football fans. So for those who get mad at me for how I say things…remember I post what I do because of what and how you said something to begin with.
It would be nice if we could look back and give some of these kids kudos for what they did do, without saying they aren’t worthy. There aren’t’ very many Shonn Greene’s out there folks and quite frankly if Shonn doesn’t get it together in New York he won’t be Shonn Greene there anymore either…..pretty fickle sport…I wish our fans didn’t have to be.
