Anyone gonna watch the goofers tonight?

I have about 200 channels on my digital cable subscription package, and I can't even watch these losers play.

BTW, that description applies to both teams.

I don't think I've ever heard a ref use the term "disconcerting signals" when describing a penalty before. That was certainly interesting.

Wasn't the same call made against Abdul Hodge in the Outback Bowl a few years back?

Thanks to the wonder of illegal Internet streaming, looks like I'll be able to watch the 2nd half.

Lucky me.

1. Holy crap, both these teams are TERRIBLE.

2. These refs suck.

3. Nice to see that Gray still throws the ball like my grandmother. I can't believe they're going to stick with this guy all year with the (relative) QB talent that they have sitting on their bench.

They don't look too terrible when the run the ball straight ahead, but I think a lot of that has to do with how bad UNLV is on defense. If they had any kind of passing threat AT ALL, they *might* have a tough offense to defend.

If the Hawks can't contain Gray a$$ this year I will puke. He doesn't have Decker to make him look good this year, he looks awful so far against a terrible team. UNLV has been able to get pressure on him and get the sack I would HOPE Iowa can do the same.

That was one of the most pathetic sequences I have ever seen. The fumbled punt return, the roughing the passer, just JV level football.

By some miracle of God, I think the Goofs might actually be WORSE than last year.
