How is this for a prediction?
Fleming will announce tomorrow afternoon at 3 PM on his twitter. Deciding between Iowa, Florida, UNLV, Memphis, Vanderbilt and Ohio State.
Not sure he has committable offers from Florida and Ohio State. He would be a great get though.
I don't know how he can decide between schools he doesn't have an offer from. Florida and Ohio State must have offered. He must be fairly good from his offer list.

I'm sure he's got offers, but what IPA is saying is they may not be commit-able. Meaning he's a fallback option and if one of their higher-priority targets pulls the trigger, then he's SOL.

Technically not done deal if he signs. Can always back out.
Even if he signs, and makes it to campus it's not a done deal, see Anthony Hubbard.

Even if he sign he could still transfer to ISU after a year or 3
I don't know if he was a fall back option or not, but both florida and ohio state have just gotten commitments from four star off guards. They might of taken him first if he was the first to commit.

Don’t let the shooting guard title fool you. Fleming plays a lot of point, and at 6’5 can handle the ball well. He claims a 36-37” vertical and is deceptively athletic - great clip out there of him posterizing someone. Judging from his videos he can pass well, shoot even better, and finish at the rim. Won Tennessee’s Mr. Basketball and transferring to Oak Hill next year. Definitely not a fallback option.

I'm alittle late to the party as far as knowing much about this kid. But from him being the MR Bball here in TN as a JR that's saying something. There are alot of ballers here as much as it's a football state they like their Bball too. He looks way more athletic and a way better ball handler then JO just from those few videos. I'd like to say I feel good about our chances since he just had a great visit and is announcing today. But with the recent few weeks being what they've been I'm not sticking my neck out to guess... He's got a way better list of schools on his tail then any of the other kids we were in on. Looks like we'll see in a few hours.

Fran is wearing stilettos in this picture, so it's a little bit deceiving. No idea on his height.
Matta watched him a few weeks ago but never offered. OSU then took a commitment from SG Austin Grandstaff who rivals rates as #30 overall in that class. Not sure why Fleming is claiming on twitter he has an OSU offer because it's well documented he doesn't have one and is never going to get one because OSU is about out of scholarship for 2015 and already has 5 different highly rated PG/SG on their roster that year who will all be freshman or sophomores at the start of the 2015 season, and needs big men with their remaining available scholarships. I read some speculation he has no Florida offer as well, I have no clue about that but his false OSU claim doesn't help his credibility.
