Frankly, there is no point in my lifetime that Iowa has scored passably well against Nebraska and that includes a victory over them at Kinnick decades ago. So no, I don't expect a win in Lincoln though we might pull one out on senior day.

I'm not sure which other teams in the top 25 would have lost to all three teams. NIU probably. Oklahoma maybe. Maybe Georgia if they still have all their injuries. Maybe Nebraska. Maybe Texas. Why do you ask?

Top 40 next year should be good enough to make a run at the conference championship game though. It depends on Scherff coming back and how much falloff there is at linebacker (of which there will be a lot, i fear).
