A longtime fan I would always see at the games just popped into my head when I saw this shirt. He was always in the N end zone with his early 1990's cap on leading a cheer once or twice a game. Resembled a white haired Jimmie Buffet, I think, if I remember from my drunken stupor.

When Iowa plays at the local university, to be frank the fan attire is oft embarrassing. Lot's of Black and Gold polyester with bellies hanging out. The license plates are cool though. M, PSU, Nebby, and IL are the best dressers. Don't think I've ever seen a Maryland or Rutgers fan period.
