They're really letting them play (10 total fouls in the first half), which seems to benefit UNC quite a bit. A Hawk seemed to be on the floor nearly every possession in the first half.

(Not saying the officiating has been uneven, just that UNC is taking advantage of the leniency by being physical, while Iowa isn't)
