Why Stanzi has a shot

Oh. I thought tangible ALWAYS related to something that was measurable and/or could be grasped. You make it seem like a gray area or I misunderstand your first sentence

However, you do make what would appear to be the meaning of intangible as it relates to QB with this statement- "The things that people identify as "intangibles" for QB's relate to subjective categories such as leadership, work ethic, etc. Basically, abstract categories that one person could conceivably perceive as different than another."

That makes sense to some extent with the key word in that statement being subjective. In other words it's opinion vs something that can be measured.

Yes, but understand that although we might be able to measure something, our form of measurement might still be questionable. For instance, the Wunderlick, IQ, SAT, ACT, etc.

Yeah, my bad. I meant the NFL head honchos didn't think black quarterbacks had what it takes to lead a team. I thought about posting a clarification but blew it off.

Course, how absurd that notion is. We have come a long way.

Didn't mean to jump on you SG. Your point was solid.

But I also think Moon is riding this thing a little much. It was 30 years ago Warren, get over your baggage. There are plenty of reasons to be wary of Newton that have nothing to do with his skin color.

I'm turned off by racists (of all colors)...and I'm also turned off by opportunists the routinely play the racecard for leverage. It's equally pathetic. And we all know what happens when you "cry wolf" too often...people stop taking your seriously.

Moon might want to listen to his own words "I thought were all past this".
