McDonough isn't bad, IMO. Can't stand Millen. My second favorite ESPN crew (outside of Herby/Musberger) is Jones and Davie. Jones seems to have a real knack for making the perfect call ("Trick or Treat, Iowa City!", "Johnson-Koulianos...do you believe it?!?!?!").
