What happened to Lazard? Is he still waiting to get drafted?

Dennis's twitter bio states that he's a 40 year ISU season ticket holder. Wow, Dennis seriously?

"I've always been that kid from Iowa that wasn't good enough to play college football". Yeah, that's why you were a 4* recruit with scholarship offers from Notre Dame, Stanford, Ohio St...

jfc...cry me a river.

How bout "I've always been that kid who had great potential, but was stupid enough to choose ISU over Stanford, Notre Dame, etc...."

Remind me, how many WRs in history have caught 25 passes for nearly 300 yards against Iowa? I mean out of all of the all-pros that played at Mich or OSU over the years. How many had a better career against Iowa than the kid from ISU? I'm guessing not many.

And again, your brilliant point is that Lazard sucks? Or that Wadley sucks? Or what, I'm not sure I understand.

2015 - 5 catches, 53 yards (WIN)
2016 - 7 catches, 71 yards (LOSS)
2017 - 7 catches, 111 yards (LOSS)
2018 - 6 catches, 23 yards, 2 TD (LOSS)

Lazards career vs Iowa: 1-3 record, 6.25 catches per game, 64.5 yards per game, .5 touchdowns per game

DOMINATION

IowaLaw, you just got done blowing him and that sperm aftertaste makes you obligated to defend him correct?

I'm sure he has some doozy stories on why Dwayne Crutchfield never became the second coming of Earl Campbell.

He also had a front row seat for some major thrashings courtesy of Hayden Fry in the eighties.
So HE was Cyclone fan at those games. I always wondered who that was.

My point was that he didn't "dominate" Iowa...at all. I don't know how you missed that...it was right in front of you.

If you said that a WR1 from a team caught 6 passes for 65 yards against Iowa, I'd say "yeah, sounds about right". that's not a "domination"

Chrisitan McCaffery dominated Iowa. Saquon Barkley dominated Iowa. Allan Lazard played football against Iowa.

258 is nearly 300 yards? Now there's some clone math. That aside, your question is a statistical sidestep without the accompanying "How many receivers have played in four straight games against Iowa." (not many).

258 yards in one game is ESPN highlight stuff...really good production in 2 games...little more than a "consistent starter" if it happened over 3....but it's nothing to crow about (unless you're a clone) if it took place over 4 years with 1 win to show for it. Superstars average more than 65 yds/game

That’s like asking who whispered the loudest.

Domination implies that the kid did something spectacular or outstanding. First of all, he’s one of the few receivers who play all four years. Is that somehow an amazing feat? If you play for Ohio State, or Wisconsin it sure is. But not for a burnt turd like ISU.

Second, the kid had 4 mediocre to slightly above average games. Games in which his team lost most of the time. I don’t see any “domination” there. MVB actually performed better than Lizard, where’s your jock strap love for him?

Lazard is going to make the practice squad for a year and get waived.

But aside from all that, I’m more curious as to your infatuation with the kid and, more repulsively, the clowns. Was Lazard your neighbor kid or something?

And what the F, man....

258 is 86% of 300. Did you not take stats in college or are we rounding to the hundreds place?

Because if you're allowed to do that, I'm allowed to round to the thousands place and I say he had zero yards.

Oh yeah...Matt Campbell calls and the war room goes silent. "Hey guys...it's the ISU coach. LIsten up, we're gonna follow his advice".

Unreal.....
Just when you think they can't possibly come up with anything else stupid they seem to arise to the challenge! Stupid clowns!

Here's how the conversation between the GM and Matt Campbell went.
GM: Where do you coach?
MC: Iowa State
GM: In Ames?
MC: Yes.
GM: I didn't know they still had a team.
MC: Yep, we have uniforms and everything. It's really great!

It's impossible to take any clowns seriously.

They have a football Hall of Fame for some reason, and the two coaches in it, Bruce and McCarney, have a .428 and .284 record, respectively. Maybe they did it because the numbers 2, 8, and 4 appear in both. What a coinkeedink.

Looking at the inductees I swear some of those people have to be in it because they had perfect attendance to team meetings or something. Cleanest locker, maybe?

Fixed that.
