Wow - really a tough choice in a lot of ways:
Banks had a pro o-line and a 1200+ yeard rusher. He was calm, managed the game well, and was a true dual-threat that was able to come up with the big plays when needed. If he hadn't crapped himself at ISU, he might very well have won the Heisman and played in the NCG.
Stanzi has had good lines, and had Greene in 2009 at RB. He won money in the 4th quarter in 2009, but wilted under pressure in 2010. Statistically, his 2010 season was very strong and his leadership skills have been amazing since he became the starter.
Tate just made plays. No line - no problem. No running backs - no problem. He may well be the most talented of the three and was certainly fun to watch. His fiery attitude was great (at times) but was also bad (at times). Before his groin injury, I think he was the most accurate passer of the 3 as well.
Season: Banks - I think "consistancy" is the big word here. He was consistantly ready to play and his running ability added a threat that teams had to prepare for. He is probably the least talented of the 3 (at least in pure QB skills), but played within himself and managed the offense very well. With the exception of that ISU game, with Banks at the helm, you truly had to beat us because he wasn't going to give you anything.
Single Game: Banks/Stanzi - If we are expected to win, I want Banks. If we are the underdog, I want Stanzi. With Banks, as above, we are going to come out and play sound football. You are going to have to find a way to beat us and we do our thing. With Stanzi - he just wins baby. He took a step back in that regard this year, but I really think that a lot of that was him try too hard. When he had Greene to lean on a bit, his 4th quarters were unreal. He has an amazing ability to forget everything that has happened and just do it when the time comes.
Single Drive - Tate - His fiery attitude is pretty much perfect for that come-from-behind final drive to win the game. Tate made a living out there making things happen ("spin to win" anyone) and he was defintely super-competitive. Where his attitude could hurt the team over a span of a game, or the season, for that one drive, it was perfect. He would pick up the whole damn team and carry them into the end-zone if he had too. Just make sure the game ends before he does "hook-em horns" and gets a ******** penalty for celebrating
Single Drive: Tate
