What does each Big 10 team lose next year?

Must average at least 4 points per game. Underclassmen are best guess.

OSU - Tate, Williams and Bates-Diop (Jr.)
MSU - Bridges (So.) and Jackson (Fr.)
PU - V. Edwards, Haas, Mathias and Thompson
NE - Gill & Taylor
MI - Abdur-Rahkman & Robinson
PSU - Garner and Carr (So.)
IN - Johnson, Newkirk and Hartman
NW - Lindsey, McIntosh and Skelly
MD - Cekovsky and Nickens
WI - No one
IA - No one
MN - Mason and Lynch
RUT - Freeman and Williams
IL - No one

Is it a coincidence that 3 of the bottom 5 teams in the conference have no seniors?

Michigan State will simply reload. Ohio State (especially if Bates-Diop leaves) and Purdue lose all of their top talent. Carr is a huge loss for Penn State.

It's not a coincidence that Iowa's best teams throughout the history of ever have all had strong upperclassmen. But remember, these young guys won't progress at all because Dom Uhl and Wagner didn't.

IMO there are 5 guys in the sophomore class and at least 1 in the freshmen class that are already better on the offensive end than either Uhl or Wagner ever were. Defense is a whole different conversation.

Whew, at least we have 1 4*

The only teams I see taking a step back are Purdue, OSU (if KBD leaves early, he can technically come back again because of the injury last year), and NW. Purdue will probably still find a way to dance regardless. Maryland and Minnesota will be big movers next year if they don't have the injuries again. I don't think Carr goes pro so PSU should only be better too. They'll be short of the NCAA this year, but next year will likely be there. I'd think Nebraska should be good again, but we saw them improve three years ago and they couldn't handle success the following year.

It will be interesting to read about the defections from this team after the season . Kreiner and nunge lose playing time to Pemsl which doesn’t make any sense to me. Pemsl should be getting Uhl minutes

This is the question hanging out there. I gotta believe someone quits/transfers/goes early for draft.

I don’t think Carr goes pro and PSU will have a top 4 team in the league next year.

Wisconsin gets a boost with a return of their PG Trice and top freshman Kobe King. Happ could test the draft or actually be eligible to grad transfer.

Wagner at Michigan will likely go pro.

I’m thinking Wisconsin will be my second favorite team because if there’s a kid on your roster named Kobe Kong....

We should put Connor on that list right? Borderline 4 star depending on the publication? And every where I see CJ Fredrick is ranked 3 star.

I don't consider Purdue to be a "reload" program. I doubt they finish in the top half of the conference. And NW will almost certainly be in the bottom 6 teams next year.

OSU loses 2 of their 3 best players no matter what. Bates-Diop is currently projected as a 2nd round draft pick. My guess is he's 50-50.

Carr is projected to be drafted in the the 1st round. I think he goes.

I agree Maryland will be better. I think Minnesota is a question mark. And Nebraska could be this year's Minnesota...or pretty tough.

Looks like Tim Miles has gone full blown Hoiberg mode. Doesn't even bother recruiting just pulls in transfers

Off topic but I just noticed Vanderbilt pulled in two of the top 15 players in next years class. How long before the FBI busts them and the NCAA turns a blind eye?
