What about let's wait and see who he picks for his coaching staff and embrace it.Hate to tell you all but who ever he picks can make or break him so let him do it.

We're talking about a third assistant here. That will not make or break him. Many times the third assistant is a former college player just getting into coaching, thats how they get experience. So, don't think that will make or break him.
