We’re Gonna Get Killed By Nebraska Next Week

It is the box just to the left of that. I click on it but is just stays on and I can't use any other option like Bold, etc.....

It looks like an underlined Capital T

Would be but it isn't. The travesty of 2014 does not feel that long ago to me. One win and these jackholes will be spouting off their huge, four-toothed mouths again.

And how did we lose a game where we were up 24-7 in the 3rd Q?
Play the wrong QB and take our foot off the gas.
THANK GOD WE LEARN FROM OUR MISTAKES AND DON'T DO THAT ANYMORE

You forgot Brian Ferentz letting Noah be a part of the gameplan
Bingo -
Such is life.

Glad for our guys to get out and perform well for a day.

Nebraska's another game, we'll see.

Demolish last two opponents and make the best you can. What could have been will be talked about for this team for the rest of those young men's lives, to their friends family, etc.

Especially the seniors and those leaving early for the NFL draft

Just realized that using undo does the same thing. I don't remember undo even being an option before. What other options does this contraption offer? Papa Johns?

Or being able to order a Domino's Pizza that looks like the one in the TV ads. When I went to pick up an order I opened the box, looked at it, and told them that I couldn't pay for something like that.....

Put my wallet away and walked out and ordered a Casey's BB Beef pizza on the way home.....

This will likely be Fant's last game against Nebraska. If the coaches have any class at all, they should have Fant on the field A LOT and target him frequently. My guess is that you will also see some inspired blocking out of Fant because he wants to prove that coming to Iowa was the right decision. If the coaches utilize him beyond his designated "specialist" role, Iowa should win easily.

If they don't, I expect it will be a come from behind victory for the Cornhuskers. The Ferentz apologists will be able to point to three or four "execution" issues that lost the game. A game that never would have been close if they fully utilized their best players.

Not that I'm saying you're wrong about Fant, but the rub is that it's hard to utilize a weapon in the passing game if the QB is throwing pebbles into the ocean. Fant is not a speedy little WR that you can live off of throwing screens and running jet sweeps. Lord knows we've tried that garbage with him. He needs somewhat accurate downfield passes to be utilized correctly. Well needless to say that has consistantly been inconsistent.

Blame whoever you will for said dilemma. For me it falls back on the coaches, but just for different reasons. I don't subscribe to willful misuse. However am leaning hard towards ineptitude. Seems a sane person would have seen the Ferrari was broke and had it fixed before the engine died. While our season bares the scars of that not happening.

I agree with your points. It's just not the passing game has more options. When both Fant and Hock are on the field defenses must account for them and this also makes it easier on the running game.

If there is 1 game I could pick to guarantee an Iowa victory it would be this one. To me winning this game is more important from a rivalry perspective than any other game on Iowa's schedule, including the Clowns.

They gotta kick Nebraska while they are down! Who knows how long this will last.

Well, I'm pretty sure Iowa's foot is sore at this point.

I really hope we're wrong about this game. Nothing would be better than another 50+ to 10 pt blowout. Tweets saying the huskers are still our bitch will be a nice way to end the season.

I think its seriously unlikely that Iowa gets "killed" by Nebraska

Nebraska gave up 35 points and 500 yards vs Illinois
Nebraska gave up 36 points and 480 yards vs Ohio State
Nebraska gave up 28 points and 473 yards vs Minnesota
Nebraska gave up 34 points and 487 yards vs Northwestern
Nebraska gave up 41 points and 533 yards vs Wisconsin
Nebraska gave up 42 points and 516 yards vs Purdue
Nebraska gave up 56 points and 491 yards vs Michigan

Throw the Michigan State game out the window. The injuries, the weather, the drops, the Sparty backup QB completed 15 of 41 passes.

Iowa should score often against Nebraska.
