I'd be looking at how significant or deep are the announced changes.......the more significant, the more likely Ferentz actually recognizes some serious changes need to be made. For example, if both DC and OC are retained I think we're headed to continued mediocrity at best.
I'm also looking at what changes indicate that Ferentz recognizes we have a talent issue. For example are there any changes to the structure or personnel that are in the trenches daily trying to land talent for this program?
If the changes are minor and the same narrative of working harder, all jobs are open, and we're excited about preparing for this upcoming season then it will be a sad day indeed. The story with this program is much bigger than who is going to be the starting QB next year.
