The disappointing thing is that it's mid day and nothing has leaked onto twitter.

Yeah, minus any leaks, I have a hard time believing he will be retiring today. Probably going to announce the retirement of GD, promotion of Brian to OC, possible new DC, and the firing of some assistants. Nothing is going to change.

Just heard it from a pretty reliable source that he's negotiated a buyout to return to Cleveland and become the OC for the Browns. They were looking for someone that could work with, and make a star out of Johnny Manziel.
