And Iowa kept up with them, and should have beat them.
Don't forget, we got a moral victory for that game.

the only people who are applying the term "moral victories" to iowa are the people who immediately get on the boards after close losses to say that there's no such thing as moral victories. get over yourself.
iowa has only won eight games this year, moral or otherwise. some of us are happy that they are no longer getting run out of the gym every night, appear to have some legitimate big ten players, and are showing signs of life that didn't exist in december. some of us either don't care, don't think it matters anyway, or choose to ignore it. the term moral victory has nothing to do with anything. why is this so difficult to understand?

Down, Cujo.
I have been one who has been opposed to the "moral victory" flags being waved on this board from jump. So, do not peg me out.
Plus, Olly, my response was meant to be sarcastic and a joke.
Well. Iowa just got a real win tonight. And crushed NW's tourney chances.
I love it.
That was a real improving NW team too from all accounts.

Question, if the Hawks aren't hot from the arc tonight how different is this game from any other? What was better other than 3pt. shooting? I am still trying to figure out how this team can win consistently.
