I was hoping for Kansas to lose.
Glad I wasn't pulling for that team that never showed up.
Yikes!

They played some good offense in the first half. They couldn't play defense the whole game though. They really got ran off the court in the 2nd. It was not a good look for Painters experienced squad. I bet half of their fan board is fed up with that bum and all the excuses.

I know they got blown out but making the Sweet 16 means he's a bum?

Like we were last year?
I'm not so sure I agree with this. In many one and done tournaments, the best team doesn't always win. Sometimes it's the team that plays better on that particular day..
Just my $.02 .. .. GO HAWKS!!!
I should have said they play a tournament to see who the "best" is. Either way tho, whoever does well in the tournament doesn't get mocked for the conference they played in. In football I see Big D's arguement about wanting the best conference. In basketball it doesn't matter because of the tournament.
I bet there are some completely 180 answers if you know who ends up you know where.
You would want a former coach to do well at a different conference school?I think it would be cool to see a guy who coached for Iowa do good....
While there is some truth to that, it is also true that a team that wins Madness has had to play better on that particular day six consecutive days against six different opponents--at least 5 of them being high quality to very good to elite basketball teams.I'm not so sure I agree with this. KU played out their arse in the 2nd half. I will put money they struggle with and likely lose to the quacks.
I will take that money. Josh Jackson is the difference maker.
