As far as I know, there are no filters in place to prevent minors from viewing this forum. It is abhorrent to me that many young sports fans inquiring about their sports favorite team must be subjected to a dissertation on men's private regions. I had assumed this site did not allow profanity, but I guess I was mistaken. At the very least, they should at least alert people so they are prepared to face it.
You're taking it a little too seriously, brah.
This one is interesting, if I am reading it right Iowa is one of the last 4 out: Crashing the Dance

Sarcasm, brah. Sarcasm.
So I'm an infant for not wishing to discuss our collective reproductive organs? What does that make you, a foetus, since I am clearly the most mature and cultivated.

Best troll ever.
I think we would have a good shot of getting in if it was down to UK, Ole Miss.
If ISU and Nebby can squeeze into the RPI top 50 and 100, it would make a huge difference. that would Give us more RPI 100 wins than both Ole Miss and Kentucky.
Team KENTUCKY
RPI top 50 1-4
RPI 51-100 5-5
150+ Losses 0
Team Mississippi
RPI top 50 1-3
RPI 51-100 5-3
150+ Losses 0
Team Iowa
RPI top 50 3-8
RPI 51-100 2-0
150+ Losses 1
It would be helpful if these teams lose early in their conference tournaments to horrible opponents...a guy can dream.
So every team in the tournament is equal to or greater than the 2nd or 3rd best team in the best conference in the country? Your rationale is irrational.
Actually, you are the one with the flawed logic. If Iowa did not win their second round game in the BTT, they would squeak in with probably the lowest RPI of any non-championship squad. That would put them at probably 11 or lower as a seed and definitely ship them off somewhere.
Which means that they would be playing a six or lower seed. That means they would be a Top 25 team, which is in the ballpark of where Iowa's second round match-up in the BTT will be ranked.
