1. who's "William and Penn"? Do you mean William Penn, the college in Oskaloosa?
2. If so, a bus from Oskaloosa wouldn't travel to Iowa City via I-380.

If I had to guess I'd guess they were visiting with 2020 RB recruit Gavin Williams from SE Polk. Has offers from Michigan and Nebraska currently, and supposedly Notre Dame was high on him as well.

It said "William & Penn University" on the side of the bus. It looked like a bus from the 1970's

If it was parked at Elliot Aviation it is probably getting overhauled or some major work done on the aircraft. Elliot is based out of the Quad Cities and also has a location in Des Moines and Minneapolis. They specialize in maintaining and overhauling small aircraft like this.

pretty easy to get around that...Auburn AD talks to a guy...who talks to a guy...who talks to a guy who knows how to get in touch with Campbell. The trick is finding someone who can stomach a visit to Ames. They're gonna have to pony up for that kind of hazard pay.
