I can't think of a coach in any sport at any level who speaks more clearly and with such a noticeable lack of coachspeak. Every time I read or watch one of his interviews I actually feel like I learned something about the program and/or his mindset as to how he plans on 'fixing' the program.
I really, really hope he succeeds here and I can read his interviews for the next 10-15 years.
