It is in their constitution or whatever no elections during war. He is following existing rules. He might not be looking forward to them when they resume but I guess his approval rating is still above 50%.
Trump is the only person in the world who could be looked at as the bad guy for negotiating peace. People literally hate him no matter what he does.
Oh I know it's in their constitution. I saw a lot of shit about it when it was election time. It sure is a convenient way to stay in power tho. I'm sure it doesn't affect his decision making one bit.

Not a far stretch to say if there would be problems with the elections and of course if he isn't willing to end the conflict and is being a dick right now cause he sees his end coming. Holding onto power even if people have to die is not actually a dictator maybe but bad news. He should be on board with ending this not getting all bent out of shape for talking to and feeling out the starter of the conflict first which is proper.

The level of cruelty among those currently in power in our country is beyond my ability to comprehend. Yes. That would be Trump, the Republican Party, Elon Musk, the majority of the Supreme Court, and the complicit voters who supported Trump. They are evil at their core.

To be fair. We are the United States of America. What Putin wants shouldn't matter. If Biden didn't have conflicting interests he could have demanded Putin to meet with him. Four years past without our president meeting with Putin. There is no way to sugarcoat that.

Only one that ever stooped to the will of Russia or dictator Putin. The only one that cozies to murderous regimes and abhors democracies, ever. Helped the Saudi prince cover up the cut up the American murder, stuff in a brief case. The conversation will always be low, nasty and our leader will call everyone in the world names cept his dictator friends. And the cult will lap it up. I'll bet you'd have different attitude if I came to your place and took what I wanted and killed your loved ones. You wouldn't just say, "that's the way it works, you should've made a deal"
Biden was so weak with giving China everything they wanted. Russia was able to go to war and had no sanctions enforced to try even to deter them and a nice influx of oil money thanks to Biden. Iran got billions freed up to use for nice stuff like funding their terrorist proxies. You should wise up on who was the friend and/or benefactor of dictators and terrorists. Real world stuff not I hate this guy over that guy. Russia behaved under Trump and got richer off oil and waged war under Biden. Oct. 7th happened under Biden and a historic rise in antisemitism.
Perhaps even they didn't want to negotiate with him. Calling him a dictator and war criminal. Great foreign diplomacy there. These crazy dictators. You can't do that. Insult them is what we should do not the president. Then the media goes on the fake Trump is in the pocket of Russia and bends over for Putin thing. Again real life where you need to coddle people like Rocketman, Xi, and Putin cause of how they are. Keeps your friends close and your enemies close too is real life not insult them in your media so you look good at home. Of course China is way worse than Russia and Biden is such great friends with Xi is totally ignored and not the same thing with Russia and Trump. Big hypocrisy there.
