Wirfs did not give up a sack last year. I think Jackson was one of the highest rated pass protectors in the conference according to PFF. Is this the year when we finally go all NE Patriots and throw 40+ times per game if teams overplay the run? And then run 40+ fullback leads when they overcorrect and play the pass?

That guy rocks, don't he? He totally could have moped through last season after losing his starting spot and transferred out at its conclusion. He is obviously as invested as he has always been. Damn, I hope that guy can have a kick ass senior year.
That set of 4 was incredibly impressive, in particular the ease with which he completed it and the speed of the bar.
It is also incredibly impressive because he is not a weightlifter, he is a football player who just uses this exercise as a training tool.
But keep in mind that there are people in the world who train most of their lives to complete a very similar lift, and they can lift a lot more weight (see world record 580 lb clean and jerk below):
I bet Lovchev couldn't stay in front of AJE, though.
