This just in.....Nebraska is HORRIBLE...Frost Bite Program

Will Honas down to two schools...Iowa...Nebraska. Will, you needed to access where the programs were prior to your decision. What did that 56 feel like today? I just want you to know...it could have been 80 if Harbaugh wanted to.
Michigan was running a little scared and wouldn't admit it (according to Nebby AD Moos) or it would have been 80.

And after their fans leave Madison 0 - 5, they have to drive back through Iowa. It's the only weekend I wish we had toll roads.
I was thinking stop spikes myself.

And all of them should be forced to stop at Bosselman's in Altoona for a serving of those greasy "hash browns".

I've never been a huge Nebby hater...but I love this arrogant prick being handed his shit by Purdue after calling them a "winnable" game.
That's the whole point of all this piling on. Frost will get them rolling again. But in ain't happening this year and neither Frost nor Roos can see the forest through the trees.

This just in guys. Your 2018 team sucks.

Nebraska is the perfect example or cautionary tale for the arrogance of a once proud football power. Although we have never been a football power...look at what happens when you think you deserve better than you have. Nebraska is no longer a "destination." They no longer are a program that should expect success. They demand it. They move on a winning coach because they "deserve better." Anyone can coach a midwest school to a title. Easy. Well fellas, it isnt. Look to our west KF bashers and THAT program or the ISU program is why you appreciate KF. Look at the Iowa basketball program. THAT is why at Iowa you dont quit on a good thing. Moving Tom Davis to pasture still haunts the basketball program.

This is a stupid & cowardly argument.

Just watched the SF post game presser and it sounds like they more problems than just playing bad football. When players aren't going to class I believe this becomes a huge problem.

This is a stupid & cowardly argument.

It's truly neither stupid or cowardly. Most of us are accepting of your opposite spectrum beliefs. There is significant merit to both sides of the aisle on this topic. Since it is a hypothetical debate on something that noone can predict the outcome of, both sides of the argument should be granted proper civility.

A risk adverse perspective will always use the failure of schools (similar to Iowa in the outside fringe of elite) as supporting evidence. Especially when those schools have pushed out winning coaches in hopes of breaking through the ceiling back into elite status. Unfortunately for your position the data actually supports the majority of these moves are failures. In extreme scenarios the pursuit of this venture can even derail your program completely and leave you standing in a field with a metal umbrella waiting for the lightning to strike there a second time.

Playing the odds is not a cowardly position. It is more of a pragmatic view. When you detach emotion from the analysis it is easy to see how someone could consider the odds of Iowa replacing a 20 year 60+ percentage winning coach and magically bringing in someone that will be better is in fact the longshot of outcomes. Alot of people would and could easily consider the risk of falling backwards to be too great of a risk. Neither opinion is more or less valuable than the other. Neither can be proven or debunked. It will remain a matter of conjecture for the foreseeable future. It would be refreshing if open minded debate of the matter could be achieved in the possible years of meantime.

P.S. being cordial to those with contrary opinions doesn't superimpose you into agreement with said person. It's also not a weaknesses to be accepting of contradicting opinions.

Thanks for reading.
