The sun didn't rise this morning

I should also add that it didn't help our cause at all jacking up all the threes, at times very early in the shot clock. OSU was leading the nation in opponent 3pt. percentage and for whatever reason we played right into it.

I don't think this team is done, I think they need to step back and reassess who they are and move forward. The msitakes both mentally and physically from players and coaches need to end and they need to move forward from here and put these mistakes in the rearview for good.

There were a couple of times I would have liked to have seen McCabe pass it instead of shooting it. But many of those missed three pointers were wide open looks and if you are open I want shooters firing up the shot not second guessing themselves and passing it.

IDK - that performance last night...was....GUTLESS.

Nice crowd on hand, coming off a win, chance to create clear separation between the top 3 and bottom rest of the conf, chance to SWEEP the crafteyes for the first time in how many years, and that is all they can come up with??

Gutless. Someone internally needs to call the team out on that, now, and it should be a player or two.
That was not championship basketball last night. That was crap.
Perhaps all our guys and coaches need to go to the Tom Izzo basketball camp next summer and learn how to play with the heart of a champion.

Iowa is on a downward slide and Saturday will be another home loss for a team/program that I viewed as being good enough to contend for the Big 10 title. Boy was I ever wrong. Everything was working to Iowa's advantage to have a great season and it is quickly going down the tube. If it continues, they will be playing in the NIT again at the rate they are going. Move #1 needs to be benching McCabe.......he is a foul machine and not a 3 pt shooter.
