The Hopefully Not Garza’s Last Home Game Thread

Iowa actually won the second half by 8 points, but the first half was such a cluster F they couldn't get back.

Garza..... 9-17 for 26 points. The rest of the team stunk. To be fair, several of Garza's points came in garbage time. It sure doesn't feel like Garza played any better than the rest of the team.

PLEASE do not draw Purdue in the B1G tourney.

This game is going to be the extermination of Iowa’s NCAA seeding. Ending up as a 6 if we beat Illinois or 7 is a death sentence.

I dont see this team winning another game..at illini...posiible 7/10 purdue game again in b10 tourney with a toss up 7/10 ncaa matchup...no bueno for these boys here on in.

Remember, earlier in the season, when Wieskamp was scoring 15-20 points per game? Hell, I think he scored 30 one game. Wieskamp's slump is really hurting Iowa. Iowa is having to rely on outside shooting from CMac, Evelyn, and Kreiner.

His assists were probably down because every time he threw the ball into Garza, Garza had two guys draped all over him and he had no shot.
If you’re gonna have the best big man in the Big Ten that comes with the territory.

MSU has dealt with that many times over in the past. We should be able to as well.

A roster of sub 200 lb white wing shooters don’t compliment that.
