Not sure...all you have to do is make a hard step, or 2 towards the ball and they'll have to pick it up.

Butler had one senior starter, so most of players recruited by Stevens. Watching them they played exactly like Lick wanted Iowa played. So the only difference can be the players.

It's more than just that, Stevens has alot more enthusiastic demeanor IMO. Also, if the reports of the players quitting on Lick are true, there seems to be a personality clash.
