What does Marion have that makes him so good exactly? He has one shot which is a high crotch to the left side. Everytime he wrestles he waits until the 3rd period before he does anything. He has no sense of urgency in his matches. He has blown so many opportunities and I can't wait to watch a meet where you don't see Marion blow some match so someone he should never lose to.

What he has is he's a NC runner up. Wins regularly, goes toe to toe with the nations best. He's beaten KR before which few can say. He's always wrestled him tough. He doesn't have just one shot. He's a good wrestler. There are many many more guys in our past who have been far more generic and active than Montell and who have been considered excellent/great.

The HC is pretty damn tough though. And he hits a good single to the other side as well. He can be extremely explosive. Tough match against Russell.

Regardless of the complaints, I have a feeling we take a step back at 141 next year.
