Love Bobby, but I think he's taken the sooners as far as he can. Time for him to move on.

Not calling for it, but one has to love his competitiveness. He did beat.....Iowa....
 
He did have 10 wins that would have earned him 8 mil and he would get to coach as long as he wanted at Iowa.

I think if Iowa gets a "Stoops" brother, it won't be Bobby, it will be Mark or Mike. Hopefully not Mike, I would like Mark but yes, Bob would be my top choice of the "Stoops" brothers.

This is why we need a coaching search....so people can seriously post stuff similar to "I dont want Bob Stoops, I would rather have guy X with zero head coaching experience". I miss this hilarity

I still stand bye the fact that Majerus would have been a good hire.. no one could have seen his health problems coming :)
 
Yeah I guess playing in 3 BCS Championships, winning 1 National Championship, 9 Big 12 Championships and a record of 159-38 isn't any good.. :cool:
