Stanzi to start against Colts?

From the sounds of the comments the Chiefs fans are as satisfied with the season as Hawk fans are with ours.
 
So the Chiefs are looking to lock up the 1st pick I see. I am sure they will draft another D lineman from LSU again.....

At this point I'm not sure why Stanzi is even on the roster.

If I recall correctly, I watched a Chiefs game last year where I think Cassel was hurt and the back-up QB (Palko?) threw two or three picks in the first half. I thought for sure Stanzi would come in that game, but to no avail.

I think the next week they picked up Orton.

The reason for that was, Haley didn't like the pick, Stanzi was kind of Piolis guy...so Haley wouldn't play him

I would kill to have Orton be the starter compared to the rest of the train wreck QB's the Chiefs currently employ. Gawd what a schitty run organization........
 
KC's QB situation seems a lot like Iowa's. The coaches actions indicate that there isn't a better option on the roster, however common sense dictates that's impossible. I guarantee Stanzi will put up a better showing than Quinn if he gets a chance.

I don't think we really know how much he sucks yet. He has not thrown a pass with all the starters yet only the second and third strings. Now look how bad the starters are...just to give you an idea of the joke team he had on the field.

He may not suck but come on he is not going to bring the Chiefs to a playoff game or god forbid an AFC title game. Or even more lunacy a Superbowl appearance. I know the Chiefs issues go far beyond a Qb but good lord this team is a joke at this point. It starts from management to backups...
 
Pick Rick has been brutal in every preseason game he has played in, hoping for a better improved showing on Sunday.

At least he looks like that kid from dazed and confused with his long hair.
