Stanzi looks sharp

I just tuned in and watch his last drive. He looks sharp and commentators were mentioning quite a few positives.

Ricky had a bit of a rough first half, mostly due to poor o-line play. His drive in the 2nd half was great.. lots of props from the NFL network crew. Too bad it had to end on a miscommunication there at the end between him and the WR.

I believe Stanzi will be next year's Edds & Angerer. Great players that many don't realize exactly how rare they are until they are gone.

Exactly! Stanzi is an NFL caliber QB, Vandy is not at this time. He's got the talent to be, but he's not there yet.

Definitely not a bad rap to have "gamer" on your scouting report. Ricky might now wow you on the practice field with a stopwatch or radar gun, but he can get the job done when it counts.

I love Vandy, and I expect great things, but I remember a lot of talk about Drew Tate leaving and JC being so much better. Vandy>JC, but lets hold off on the "better" than Stanzi talk until he gets half a season under his belt.
