Would somebody who watches this show on WHO please list the sponsors? I think the fans have a right to know who advertises on the show.

Why don't you listen to the show and get the sponsors yourself? You actually might learn something from the program while you're at it.

To me it isn't the fault of advertisements that this happenned. I realize that they could take a stand, but I think we are overreacting. I didn't like the bit, but I still like the show. I dvr the show so I don't watch the commercials.

Here is a better one:

Could you give me the address for the Iowa Athletic Department because my time is valuable and I would like a refund for all of the games that I have watched over the past 3 years.

If you have ever bought a ticket to a game (I am guessing you have not, so no refund for you) then you probably already have the address. If not it is available online.

I'm anxiously waiting hooper to tell me why Iowa basketball will change and everything is great. Hooper I'll wait here all night to hear your words of wisdom.

(insert puke smiley)

I enjoy watching Sound-Off. Murph and especially Andy crack me up. I do agree that the skits tend to be a bit lame but What's Bugging Andy is always good for a couple of laughs.

The lameness of the skits is what makes them funny, if that makes any sense...it's almost like they know they're lame and don't mind playing it up.

I don't live in DesMoines, so I cannot watch WHO TV. Not everyone lives in DesMoines.

So why do you want the list of sponsers then? More than likely 90% will be local businesses that won't miss you not doing business with them since you don't already if that is what you are getting at.

This.

And Hooper...don't call an entire show you've never seen, a "piece of crap" because of 59 seconds...if you've watched the show, given it a fair chance and still don't like it...well then that's totally fine...there might be something wrong with you, but it's totally fine none the less...

The ratings next week are going to be huge...the sponsors are loving it. In fact I heard Hickory Park is going to sponsor the "Spoof the Hawks" weekly segment going forward...

I'v watched the show...it's crap...Only slightly better then that crap radio show that Murph does as well... If the show is based on being comical then they miss the mark on everything...I dont really care one way or another about the lil lick segment they did and if they dont want to say sorry then it dosnt bother me.. i think it is badass that Barta is sticking up for his "hawkeyes" and i am hoping he dosnt allow WHO around anymore Hawkeye occasions...I also love all the "hawkeye fans" who are bashing a 20 yr old kid for wanting to be a part of the program that we all love..you stay classy...hillbillies :)

LOL, you tell others to stay classy then throw in that comment. Pot meet Kettle.

I love the show...didn't care for the skit...glad they didn't apologize...glad Barta stood up for his guy...not glad that all he did was bring more attention on Friday to something that happened on Sunday and had totally run its course on the boards...til now.

And for full disclosure, I'm "Shane from Marshalltown"...the idiot emailer who gets read every week on SoundOFF. And I love their radio show as well...and apparently alot of other people do as well as ratings for both are more than "adequate".

Sorry Shane I wasn't refering to you. It was meant for the hillbilly hater. I'll bet uncle Jed would even donate some of his 60 million to buy out Lick's contract/

That was part of the joke..I was hoping the smily face would give that away..ill try and dumb down my sarcaism for you from now on kool...Hawkeyeshane you got the joke right?

I felt so hurt after Hassel went after the Johnston Dragon mascot. I grew up cheering for the Johnston Dragons, all I ever wanted to do was wear the purple with pride. Then, this ***** from Muscatine comes to town and starts tearing down my beloved Dragon on live TV. I swore once and for all never to watch Soundoff again, but for some reason I keep coming back. Every now and then I am reminded of the hurt he caused, whenever I see the purple dragon costume on the sidelines. [/sarcasm]
